Yes! By default, when Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, users will see both a Forgot Password link and a Forgot Credential link so that they could use either method. If you find this too confusing for users, it is possible to remove the Forgot Password link so that all account recovery actions are handled under 2FA.
In order to do this, you will need to contact Latitude Support for some programming that may incur a small amount of paid consulting time.
We can remove the Forgot Password link, then rename the remaining link “Forgot Login Credentials” (or whatever you prefer it to say). Then your users can use 2FA for all password or login issues.
