Can I achieve an accreditation that has brands my location doesn’t support?

LatitudeLearningFAQCan I achieve an accreditation that has brands my location doesn’t support?

Yes, it is possible to achieve an accreditation even if it contains some courses tied to brands that your location does not support.

If a course has brands and a location has brands, those users can only see their brands in the catalog. You can use brands to selectively show courses in the catalog. As a result of that, if an accreditation has a course that does not have your location’s brands, the accreditation engine will ignore that course as a requirement. You won’t even see the requirement in the list.

You will achieve the accreditation when you complete the courses tied to your location’s brands. When you view your own My Training Goals, you won’t see the missing courses. If an administrator or manager uses My
Team or other options to view your accreditation process, they may see the untaken courses but the accreditation will indicate you achieved it.
