LMS Release Notes – (3.0.0.98402)

Latitudelearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.98402 promoted to production on Tuesday evening, September 2, 2025. 

ENHANCEMENTS 

Reporting: We recently added Interests to the Course and Course Summary entities (Request Date, Status, Travel Area), but the reporting option for “Organization Locale” was found to be insufficient because it required a transcript. These new changes enhance reporting for interests in classroom offerings. The changes to Course and Course Summary entities include:

• Standard filters: 
  • Renamed existing  Locale to Locale – Course Offering.
  • Added  Locale – User.
• Advanced filters:
  • Renamed existing  Organization > Locale to Locale – Course Offering.
  • Added Organization > Locale – User.
• Columns:
  • Renamed existing Organization > Locale column to Locale – Course Offering. This is the locale for the facility from which the ILT was delivered and is tied to transcripts.
  • Added new column Organization > Locale – User. This is the user’s current locale based on their primary location and is not tied to transcripts.

RESOLVED ISSUES

Password Reset: Fixed an issue which was causing Reset Password email notifications to be sent even when the Email User a Password Reset Link and Prompt Password Reset boxes are not checked on the User’s account record.
