There are many reasons a student’s Accreditation may not show as “Achieved”. These could include missed requirements and timing issues.
Another common situation is that something has changed in the accreditation or in its requirements that did not trigger automatic calculation processes after the user had completed requirements for achievement.
If you find that accreditations are not being calculated:
- Assess the scope of the issue. Is it an individual or two – or more broadly reported?
- Assess recent changes to the accreditation. Were requirements added or modified?
- As a first step, consider running the Calculate Accreditations process under Administration > Manage Goals. This will force a re-evaluation of a user, position group, or location to determine if achievements have not been tallied and grant the achievements earned.
- If this does not fix the issue and you are unable to determine a resolution, contact Latitude Support with all the necessary details so that they can review the situation.
