Why aren’t goal rules auto-enrolling me in all of my accreditation-based courses?

LatitudeLearningFAQWhy aren’t goal rules auto-enrolling me in all of my accreditation-based courses?

If an accreditation goal was assigned to you and your company uses auto-enrollment for goals, you may find that some portions of the accreditation’s course requirements auto-enrolled you, but some did not.

Often this happens because the configuration of that portion of the accreditation allows “elective” choices from a group of possible courses. For instance, if the requirement is to complete 3 of the 5 listed courses in the rule, the auto-enrollment feature is not able to pick which 3 of the 5 listed you want to take.

In that example, you would need to enroll yourself manually in at least 3 of the 5 courses displayed. Once you complete those 3, you will get credit for that portion of the accreditation goal.

If you find that is not the issue, there may be other issues preventing it, such as missing prerequisites, pending approvals, or profile issues. Please contact your LMS portal administrator and if they are unable to resolve it, they will in turn contact LatitudeLearning ClientCare.
