Latitudelearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.99049 was promoted to production on Sunday morning, January 25, 2026.

ENHANCEMENTS

User Interface:  We deprecated the Classic User Interface and all LatitudeLearning LMS portals will now use the Responsive User Interface.

  • The Classic UI pages will no longer be accessible and it will be impossible to flip back to the Classic Home as your login landing page or home page.
  • All portals which had not self-converted prior to the update will be configured to use the My Learning Page as the default Home and Login Landing pages. These settings can be changed to point to other responsive pages at the portal administrator’s discretion.

For more information, you can review our Transition to the Responsive UI Page.

Manage Users: We updated the Manage Users function to allow restriction of the positions a location administrator can update:

  • In Manage Users configuration under Edit Navigation, added a field to list which can be seen and updated by a location administrator. No entries means no restrictions and roles above Location Administrator can see all active position.
    • when using Manage Users, a Location Administrator will be limited to the available positions configured.
    • when adding a user, the list of positions available is limited by the configuration
    • when editing a profile, the positions for primary and secondary positions is limited by the configuration.
    • when viewing a list of users at a location, the list will not be limited by the position restrictions in the configuration, but if a displayed user has a position not included in the allowed list, the location administrator will not be able to Edit Profile, Change Location, or Approve registrations. The same rules will apply when approving registrations on Approvals or My Team – Approvals.

RESOLVED ISSUES

Learning Paths: Fixed image sizing issues that were pushing the Change Image action button out of view.
