The Learning Assistant

This page allows learners to ask questions that could be found in content curated by the portal administrator to train the Learning Assistant AI Chatbot. It will pull only information from the courses and resources configured by the portal administrator to be included in the tool’s knowledge base. It will not answer any other questions and will never go to external sources for answers.

Usage:

In the Ask a Question box, enter a question and click Enter to have the chatbot process it against the knowledge base.

Results:

  • If content matches the query in some way, the answer and a link to the resource or course will display.
  • If there is no match, either the content is not included in the knowledge base or the question’s words need to be modified to look for similar words, abbreviations, and other phrases that could bring up data in a subsequent attempt.

Clarifying or new questions can be asked by repeating the questioning process again.

Refresh the browser to clear the Learning assistant form and start fresh.
