If you are a manager but you do not see the My Team page on your Navigation menu, here are a couple of things to look into:
- Talk to your portal administrator to see if they have enabled My Team for your portal. They have the ability to determine which items appear on the Navigation menu and may have it hidden.
- You may not officially be shown in the managerial hierarchy. Speak with your portal administrator.
- For portals with position-based hierarchies, you need to have a primary position that is superior to one or more other positions in the hierarchy.
- For portals with a person-to-person hierarchy, in which a named manager is listed on user profiles, you may not have been set up as a named manager for anyone. Again, speak with your manager or portal administrator to see how it can be addressed.
