Latitudelearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.98062 was promoted to production on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
ENHANCEMENTS
Reporting: Made the following minor enhancements –
- For the Course and Course Summary entities, we added advanced filters and columns to help report on Interests. The new filters are under a new section Interests:
- Request Date
- Interest Status
- Interest Travel Area – Interest Travel Area pulls in based on selections made from the manual Add Interest page in the Location dropdown. The options are Local Locale Only, Within Business Unit, or Any. If you filter by Interest Travel Area, it will only return results for interests set to that specific travel area.
- For the Course and Course Summary entities, we added an Advanced Filter for Transcripts > Available Transcripts under which the only current filter selection is Most Recent Transcript. Using this filter will only return results for the student’s most recent transcript for a course. Display order is by transcripts current in progress (scheduled, launched, etc), newest completed (pass, fail, etc), the cancelled at the end.
RESOLVED ISSUES
Brands: Updated the form validation on Add/Edit Brands to correctly enforce unique codes. Fixed issues in Brand Search that were caused by swapping code and name values when searching.
Courses: On the Prerequisites tab, corrected the action column header to the correct display label “Action”, not its background name “lblAction”.
User Merge: Some scenarios existed in which user profiles were not being merged into the user resulting in potential loss of profile history. We updated the merge operation UI to be easier to use and show better error information if something fails due to profile data merge validation issues.
