LatitudeLearning does not manage individual learner accounts. We do not have visibility into:

  • Your organization’s training policies
  • Your assigned certifications
  • Your role requirements
  • Your company’s internal access rules
  • Your performance metrics

For privacy, security, and contractual reasons, we cannot modify user records or provide support directly to individual learners.

Your organization’s portal administrator is the only party authorized to submit support tickets to LatitudeLearning on behalf of learners.
