If you are trying to create an Accreditation based on a particular Learning Path, but the Accreditation tab is disabled or grayed out, check to make sure you don’t have pending changes on other Learning Path tabs that are unsaved.
When the Learning Path and any changes are saved, the Accreditations tab should become available again.
