ENHANCEMENTS
AI Assessments for Self-Study Courses
You can now generate assessments for Self-Study Courses directly from source materials.
Detailed information on this feature are available: Configure Self-Study AI Tools
- Test Objective 1 (AI-Generated from your Body of Knowledge) and all associated questions are automatically generated based on your uploaded source materials.
- Standard assessment settings are applied during initial setup and can be updated via the Assessment Edit button.
- A few basic assessment settings can be configured in Options prior to generation.
Assessment behavior
- When Assessments are enabled, the Completion Type automatically updates to Assessment Verification.
- In this mode, learners will pass or fail the course based solely on completion of the assessment.
Regeneration behavior
- Regenerating the assessment refreshes Test Objective 1 (AI-Generated from your Body of Knowledge) and all questions within it using the latest source materials.
- Any edits made within Test Objective 1 will be overwritten during regeneration.
- Any additional objectives and questions added outside of Test Objective 1 are retained.
This feature uses the existing assessment engine, with AI-generated content focused on Test Objective 1.
AI Coach for Self-Study Courses
The AI Coach is now available as a dedicated learning coach for Self-Study Courses.
Detailed information on this feature are available: Configure Self-Study AI Tools
- The AI Coach functions like our Learning Assistant, however it is restricted to the indexed Body of Knowledge for the specific course.
- It is automatically created when the Body of Knowledge is indexed, no manual setup is required.
Course Materials Tabs
When a course is launched or View Course is selected, course materials are organized into four tabs:
- Study Guide
- Assessment
- Coach
- Attached Resources
Key behavior
- The AI Coach only references and responds using the course’s indexed Body of Knowledge.
- It does not access external or unrelated course content outside of what is indexed.
New SFTP Delivery Option for Reports
- Reports can now be sent directly to an SFTP server for easier and more secure file delivery.
- This functionality is available for both scheduled reports and manual report runs.
- Users can securely save and store FTP credentials for future reuse, reducing setup time for recurring deliveries.
- Supported across all report types.
- Target filenames can now include dynamic date and time values using standard .NET date and time format strings, allowing for automated naming conventions.
