LMS Release Notes (3.0.0.97836)

LatitudeLearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. It was promoted to production on Sunday morning, April 13, 2025. 

Enhancements

Courses: Added a Deep Link URL field to the Course Details page with a Copy URL button that allows the URL to be linked externally on webpages, emails, etc. It will take the user directly to the course in Course Search and open the Course Slide-in. It honors SSO for portals who have it enabled.

Resolved Issues

Reporting: Fixed an issue with the Accreditation/Accreditation Summary entities’ “First Achieved Last Month” filter which was counting any transcript from before the last month instead of just looking at the selected list.

User Merge: Corrected some issues in which user merge was not handling primary and default profile flags correctly. This often resulted in an unusual sets of profiles after a merge, including profiles that do not pass validation.

User Profiles: Made the following updates –

• Updated logic for setting the primary flags when there is a profile marked as primary which is set to end date before a secondary profile is set to become effective. The primary flag for the inactive profile will be removed when the effective date for the new profile is reached.
• Updated to prevent profile edits from deleting the only role or position.
