LMS Release Notes – 3.0.0.99144

LatitudeLearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. It was promoted to production on Sunday morning, February 15, 2026.

ENHANCEMENTS

Learning Assistant – We introduced a powerful AI chatbot that gives portal administrators full control over the knowledge it uses, ensuring learner inquiries are supported by accurate, validated information from your organization.  To see a demo of how our Learning Assistant works, you can view it here. 

• Learning Assistant is now available in Edit Navigation for all portals.
• When moved to Displayed Icons, the Learning Assistant icon becomes visible in the left navigation menu for all roles.
• Admin Menu Updates – The Learning Assistant Content link, where the feature is managed, has been added to the Administration menu for all portals.
• New Admin Feature – A Test Chat button has been added to the Learning Assistant Content page, allowing administrators to conduct live testing before enabling the icon for end users in the Navigation menu.  Manage the Learning Assistant Chatbot 

RESOLVED ISSUES

Manage Users:  Fixed an issue in which Administrators and Location Administrators attempting to activate/deactivate a user from a portal using the position hierarchy were getting errors.

SCORM Uploads – Filename Length Limit: SCORM upload filenames are now limited to 50 characters. This prevents deployment failures caused by Windows file path length limits encountered during the deployment process.
