LatitudeLearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. Version 3.0.0.99476 was promoted to production on Sunday morning, April 12, 2026.
User Experience Customization: This enhancement introduces a centralized User Experience (UX) Customization page, giving portal administrators the ability to manage all branding and visual elements from a single location. This is a new way to look at what is currently termed “Branding”.
The new UX Customization page will consolidate all portal-level, organization-level, and position group-level customization settings. This includes customized versions of pages such as What’s New, My Learning, Login Page, Registration Page, Stylesheet, Header Logo, Certification Logo, and Learning Path.
Administrators will be able to add new UX Customizations or edit existing ones. When modifying portal, organization, or position group settings, the page will display both inherited elements and those explicitly defined for the selected entity. This will make it easier to troubleshoot questions about how a user’s experience came to be – from which elements and how it was inherited, if relevant.

AI Course Study Guide: This enhancement introduces a new AI Tools tab to the Self-study delivery method course set-up. Administrators can select and index resources, including those associated with the course, into a Base of Knowledge from which they can generate an AI-based Study Guide. This guide includes information such as content summaries, learning objectives, practice questions, and flash cards. Administrators can edit the generated content and can decide if they want the study guide and/or individual resources to appear in the course content window when a student launches Self-Study content.
