LMS Release Notes – Improved AI Learning Assistant

Latitudelearning® announces a new release of the LatitudeLearning® LMS. It was promoted to production on Sunday morning, August 30, 2026. 

ENHANCEMENT

Learning Assistant: Added new features to allow portal administrators more control over how the Learning Assistant is displayed to and behaves with learners. This includes two new features on configuration page:

• Appearance: Options for how and where the Learning Assistant is displayed to learners
• Prompts and Display: Options for updating site texts including the name of the Learning Assistant and the texts used during interactions. There is also a new option in which additional instructions can be given for AI processing to customize the general tone and output of the chatbot.
