If your portal administrator has enabled the setting Restrict Course Search By User’s Location Brands so that users can’t find courses unrelated to the brands used at their locations, but you or your employees are seeing additional courses, it is possible the the extra courses do not carry a brand at all.
The restriction does not hide courses with no brand designation and users will see those courses as long as they have a profile in a business unit associated with the courses.
