We’re excited to provide an improved student experience with a redesign of the Assessment User Interface. The update offers a modern, intuitive design that makes it easier for students to navigate and complete Assessments. The refreshed interface also features enhanced mobile compatibility, allowing users to complete assessments seamlessly on any device. In addition to a cleaner look, the update introduces interactive visual elements that promote greater engagement and student satisfaction.
For portal administrators, the enhancement does not change any Assessment configuration or setup processes, but it modernizes the buttons and reorganizes their position on many of the Continue Test Setup configuration pages.
Assessments now display questions one at a time, instead of all on a single page. This new format improves the student experience on mobile devices, makes navigation easier, and helps discourage inappropriate use of AI tools during testing. As shown below, students can easily see where they are in the assessment and can easily navigate between questions using the question map on the right side of each question.
